Mirabelle

Hi, Colorado! I'm Mirabelle, a small kitty with a BIG personality. I'm about 1 year old, spayed, and fully vaccinated. 

My story is very unique and means I'm an extra special girl! I was born in Kuwait, where I initially roamed the streets looking for food and safety. When a kind rescuer found me, my right eye was in bad shape. So now I'm a little cyclops, but I don't let that slow me down! Kuwait is a hard place to be a cat, and my rescuers wanted a better life for me. So I traveled a looooong way to Colorado for a chance at a better life!

The journey to CO was very difficult for me, but after a few weeks in foster, I'm starting to decompress. I have a very affectionate side to my personality - I like to sit on laps and receive love! Because I'm still learning to trust again, I sometimes become a little feisty and overstimulated when receiving affection. For that reason, I'm best suited for a home with humans over 10 years old. I'll thrive with an adopter who is patient while I re-learn that the world can be a safe place.

I'm spayed, vaccinated, litterbox-trained, and ready to find my furever family!

Panko

Hi, everyone! I'm Panko, a glorious 4-year-old ginger cat with a special story. Like Mirabelle, I was born in Kuwait, and traveled all the way to Colorado to find my furever home!

My human friends describe me as a "huge sweetheart." I'm very friendly with a loud rumbling purr, and I'm not shy at all about demanding attention and affection. In fact, I marched right into my Colorado foster home like I owned the joint! I have an adorable bossy streak, and I'm told I have "orange cat confidence."

I adore chin scritches, butt-pats, sunshine, and soft places. I like to chatter with my humans friends and enjoy it when they respond to my vocalizations. I'm also still quite playful!  I've decided that anything on the floor can be a toy, and bottle caps are my favorite.

I'm very selective about the cats with whom I interact. For that reason, I'm best suited as an only cat in my future home. But my human friends think I'd likely succeed in a home with a friendly dog and/or kids (provided they are old enough to understand feline body language). 

I'm neutered, vaccinated, litterbox-trained, and ready to find my furever family!
